Hi Simon Nice clip of the village after the world cup. I thought it would be more of a celebration by you. Especially being in somewhat of an Italian neighborhood. Seems very quiet for such an ocassion. I would almost bet that the French people by Dante's were home weeping or at least cussing the Italians let alone patronizing an Italian business. I'm not a soccer fan, but where is the sportsmanship? We all know, there has to be a winner in any game. Can't disapoint the fans. What did you think of the Italians winning? Bet you celebrated whoever won...that's the spirit!
Last year I spent a total of six hours in NYC. I was delayed one day in Newark on my way to Italy from California. So, as soon as i realised how close Newark was to NYC (it took me 4 hours.. S#@*!) I went to the Village on the advice of a fellow passenger.
Gotta say, the 2 dollar falafels at mamouns right up the street saved my night. Also, I spent about fifteen minutes on that exact corner chatting it up with some new local friends. That's a good 1/24th of my total time in NYC that might have been captured on your camera.. hurray!
Hi Anna & Simon

This is a work of art! Great stuff, truly you've captured a moment at one of the prime intersections of the planet.
Keep up the great stuff!
